Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Required:
- • iOS device with HealthKit data
- • At least 21 days of running data for full analysis
- • Apple Account for sign-up
Recommended:
- • A positive, optimistic attitude
- • A commitment to be consistent in your training
- • Do the above for an above average amount of time
All your health data stays on your device. Garpple processes everything locally - I never see your runs, heart rate, or any personal health information. Only basic account info (like your email) goes to my servers for app functionality.
